Dear Dog Lovers,

Check out these pictures of our two little bouncy and funny rat terriers at the shelter...

We wanted to feature them on the web cause they've been with us since Dec 24, 2007. Their human became ill and could not take care of them. The dogs were brought to the shelter Christmas eve along with other rat  terriers from the same home. If I'm not mistaken there were 7 brought to us that day...

Not a Merry Christmas to them... :((
Nor their owner... :((

We only have Farley and Freddie left here with us at this time... and they are characters. It's not important to get them a home together, we just would like to get them both a loving home as soon as possible.

They have adorable and bouncy personalities and both of them have the same problem, they are not house trained. We know the shelter environment is not helping and it's very hard to get a dog house
trained when it is living at a shelter. We have faith they both would make fun, loving pets and very possibly could be broke of their bad habit.

These guys are certainly lap dogs, like to lick your face and be near humans. They are comical to watch bounce around, very much full of energy and would work well at a home with a secure fenced in yard.

We wanted to post a bunch of pictures to show how cute they are and hope we have some dog lovers out there who would like a small, challenging pup to work with, train, love, go walking with, etc... They have
come a long way... When we first got these guys, they were too afraid to go walking outside...but seem to love everything now, outside, inside and all people. Take a look at the pictures and have a smile....
